Shree Mahesh Jan Kalyan Foundation is proud to present its flagship initiative on **Skill Development and Women Empowerment**, designed to uplift underprivileged women by providing them with vocational training, livelihood opportunities, and a path to financial independence. With a project budget of ₹20,00,000, this program is dedicated to nurturing the talent and resilience of women in rural and semi-urban areas.
The initiative will focus on skill-building in trades such as tailoring, beauty & wellness, handicrafts, digital literacy, food processing, and home-based entrepreneurship. Training will be delivered through certified trainers in collaboration with local community centers and women self-help groups. Each batch will include both practical and soft skills modules to ensure holistic development.
Participants will receive starter kits and post-training support including help with market linkages, access to micro-financing, and guidance for setting up small enterprises or home-based work. Special focus will be placed on empowering widows, single mothers, domestic abuse survivors, and women below the poverty line.
Through this initiative, the Foundation aims to:
This proposal is not only a step towards economic empowerment but also social transformation. By investing in women, we invest in entire families and communities. The ₹20 lakh budget will cover infrastructure, training, raw materials, tools, stipends, certification, awareness drives, and post-training mentorship programs.
We invite donors, CSR partners, and stakeholders to join hands with Shree Mahesh Jan Kalyan Foundation in transforming lives and building a stronger, self-reliant generation of women.
